David served as the lead PLC coach for Barton Junior High over a three-year period. Barton is located in El Dorado, Arkansas, and serves a student population of over 80% low-income families. Barton’s leadership, dedicated teacher teams, professional learning community practices, and schoolwide system of interventions helped propel student achievement in reading, math, and science.​​
